deps/unar: possible new dependency for KDE Ark.
However, it was not built because it depends itself again on gnustep-make
and gnustep-base, which we do not (yet?) have.
Unar will give Ark the capability to open RAR files. Otherwise, unrar
will be needed to give Ark that functionality.
