It will *replace* any version of KDE 4 you might have installed!
The Plasma 5 Desktop has gotten rid of its Qt4 legacy. Since the release of
Applications 17.12 there's nothing left which is based on kdelibs4.
What is the NEWS in this batch of updates:
-- In the 'deps' section, I updated 'poppler' to 0.67.0 to get back in sync
- with the Slackware version. Compared to KDE-5_18.06, the 'qt5' package
- has been updated to 5.11.1 (the KDE-5_18.06_testing already contained
- this version of Qt5).
+- In 'deps', I updated 'mlt' to 6.10.0 because KDEnlive requires it.
+ Also, a fontconfig file was added to the 'noto-cjk-font-ttf' package in
+ the hope that it helps people.
- Frameworks update is a stability release, see:
-- Plasma 5.13.3 is the third increment in the Plasma Desktop 5.13 development
