+Patch 7.2.200
+Problem: Reading past end of string when navigating the menu bar or
+ resizing the window.
+Solution: Add and use mb_ptr2len_len(). (partly by Dominique Pelle)
+ Also add mb_ptr2cells_len() to prevent more trouble.
