d/perl-5.36.0-x86_64-2.txz: Rebuilt.
Upgraded to URI-5.12.
Added a symlink to libperl.so in /usr/${LIBDIRSUFFIX} since net-snmp (and
possibly other programs) might have trouble linking with it since it's not
in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Thanks to oneforall.
