Patch 7.3.445 (after 7.3.443)
Problem:    Can't properly escape commands for cmd.exe.
Solution:   Default 'shellxquote' to '('.  Append ')' to make '(command)'.
	    No need to use "/s" for 'shellcmdflag'.
