gnome-menus (libgnome-menu library)

gnome-menus   contains   the   libgnome-menu   library,   the   layout
configuration files for the  GNOME menu,  as  well  as a  simple  menu
editor.

The libgnome-menu library implements the "Desktop Menu Specification"
from freedesktop.org.
