python-enum34 is a dependenvy for PyQt5.
hyphen is a dependency for qt5-webkit.

I decided to stick with Qt 5.11.3 and wait with updating to 5.12.0
until after Applications 18.12.0.

This also makes the HPLIP systray applet work again.

The update of icu4c in -current required that several packages had to be
recompiled or upgraded to get them to work again.
Unfortunately the update of icu4c in -current co-incided with my release
of KDE 5_18.10 and these deps had to be fixed post-release.
Some issues emerged as a result of these updates:
- SIP now stores private copies of sip.so in PyQt5 subdirectories,
and the hp-systray in the hplip package fails to start as a result
- In the new QScintilla packages, I was unable to compile the
Python2 bindings for PyQt4.

- python-enum34 is now required by PyQt5
- hyphen is required by qt5-webkit which had to be updated from the ancient
5.9.1 release to an actively maintained port because 5.9.1 is no longer
compatible with QT 5.10 and later.

Qt - updated to 5.9.6.

The package in 'ktown' has support for Qt5, obviously the Slackware
package lacks in that department.

The cryfs package was broken after the recent boost update in -current.

A newer mlt was required by kdenlive.
And a new version of Qt 5.9 is always a good thing.

This is an expanded version of the Slackware original package which it
replaces. Support for Qt5 has been added.

I messed up on several levels. The python2 version should use port_v2
and python3 version should use port_v3. The others can be safely removed:
- rm -rf $PKG/$PYTHON3LIB/${PKGNAM}/uic/port_v3/
- rm -rf $PKG/$PYTHON3LIB/${PKGNAM}/uic/port_v2/
+ rm -rf $PKG/$PYTHON3LIB/${PKGNAM}/uic/port_v2/
+ rm -rf $PKG/$PYTHONLIB/${PKGNAM}/uic/port_v3/

Notably:
- qt5 was updated to 5.9.4 and a patch was applied which is essential
for the Plasma desktop's correct drag & drop behavior.
- cryptopp and cryfs were added to give the Plasma Vault a storage backend.

These will be used in the 'testing' repository, not in the 'latest'.

Notably, icu4c, poppler and libical updates in slackware-current
were incompatible with many of the packages in the 'ktown' repository.

In an attempt to keep a single source tree for both 'latest' and 'testing'
repositories, everything to support a Plasma5 Wayland session was added.
This was made possible *without* the need for PAM or systemd because the
ConsoleKit2 and KWin developers cooperated (on my request :-) to add the
logind DBus API to CK2 and make KWin accept CK2 as an alternative to
systemd-logind if the latter is not present.
Note that this requires recompilation of two stock Slackware
packages, mesa and xorg-server, to let them gain Wayland support.
Build order:
Deps:
- ConsoleKit2
- wayland and wayland-protocols
- mesa
- xorg-server
- libxkbcommon
- qt5
Frameworks:
- kwayland
- plasma-framework
Plasma;
- kinfocenter
- kscreenlocker
- kwayland-integration
- libkscreen2
- plasma-desktop
- plasma-integration
- plasma-workspace
- powerdevil
- kwin
In order to start a Wayland session (you'll need to use packages from the
'testing' repository) either run 'startkwayland' from your console prompt in
runlevel 3, or choose the "Plasma (Wayland)" session in the SDDM dropdown
if you are booting into runlevel 4.
